| | | | | 高职学生学习困难类型分析及改进措施 | | | 张平波 | | | 学习困难作为一种心理障碍在不同年龄、不同层次的学生中都有一定表现。职学生学习困难问题比较突出。表现为智力偏低、被逼无奈、自卑放弃、放松懒惰、被动依赖、网络迷恋等六种类型。有效促进学习困难学生转化的措施主要有:倾注爱心,尊重学生;捕捉"闪光点",激励学生;深入了解,督促学生;优化学习环境,帮助学生;分层教育,培养学生。
