| | | | | 失地农民可持续生计问题对策探析 | | | 王晟 | | | 随着经济和社会发展,农民失去土地是不可避免的客观规律。但是,由于法律、制度的残缺,导致失地农民生活质量降低,生活水平下降,甚至倒退到贫困状态,不符合构建社会主义和谐社会的精神,有待进一步加以完善。该文在详尽分析失地农民可持续生计问题的基础上,提出了解决失地农民可持续生计的对策构想。
