| | | | | 国际技术扩散研究述评 | | | 姚水洪;陈仕萍 | | | 20世纪90年代以来,外国直接投资在我国迅速增长,随着跨国公司技术投入的增加,国内学者开始了对跨国公司在华技术扩散效果的研究与讨论。给出了国际技术扩散的研究背景,然后介绍了技术扩散的理论模型,分析了影响国际技术扩散效果的因素,为今后研究提出了一些建议。最后,提出了我国实现国际技术扩散创新改善的策略。
