| | | | | 快速城市化下“转型社区”的社区转型研究 | | | 李志刚;于涛方;魏立华;张敏 | | | 论文对快速城市化下的一类特殊社区—"转型社区"进行研究,探讨其社区转型的合理模式。研究首先从"转型"出发,引出"转型社区"概念。分析此类社区由"内生"向"外生"转型的变化,指出其"积累体制"的改变。之后,对社区转型路径进行分析,从"机械团体"与"有机团体"、"行政化"与"自治化","社会成本"与"社会福利"等3个纬度探讨转型的目标、途径及其社会效能。最后,指出社区转型的路径在于转变观念,推行渐进、多元模式,"有所为有所不为"的实现社区转型。
