| | | | | 我国社会体育指导员研究综述 | | | 吕旭涛 | | | 从人力资源开发与管理的角度,对1994年来,我国有关社会体育指导员的基本理论研究、社会体育指导员的选拔、使用和培育的论文、教材等研究成果进行研究。结果表明,有关社会体育指导员的成果多集中于论文和教材方面,尚无一本专著问世;从成果的数量来看,总体呈波浪增长的趋势,但总量偏少;从研究对象上来看,大多数成果是对非职业社会体育指导员进行研究,而对职业社会体育指导员研究甚少;从研究的内容来看,学者们大多关注社会体育指导员的地位、作用和培养、管理等方面,对社会体育指导员的选拔、继续教育、激励、考核与评估的研究十分薄弱,对社会体育指导员保留的研究还是空白;从研究的深度来看,创新性、前瞻性,高质量的研究成果不多,现有的成果多是在现状调查的基础上,发现问题,进而提出对策,研究缺乏科学的理论指导。

社会体育指导员是社会体育的三大支撑条件之一。1994年《社会体育指导员技术等级制度》(以下简称《制度》)颁布以来,我国社会体育指导员从无到有,迅速发展,截至2004年我国社会体育指导员总人数为430491人,他们分布在社会体育的各个角落,发挥着很大的作用。然而,由于我国社会体育指导员制度起步较晚,有关社会体育指导员理论的研究还不够系统、完善,致使社会体育指导员队伍存在着一些不容忽视的问题。如社会体育指导员数量不足,而导致的过于追求数量,而忽视质量的问题;年龄老化、等级不均、城乡失衡的问题;两种类型的指导员比例不协调的问题;… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | A Review of the Research on Instructors of Social Sports in China | | | LU Xu-tao School of Physical Education;Henan University;Kaifeng 475001;China | | | From the views of the development and management of manpower resources,this paper has studied the research achievements on social sports instructors since 1994 in China,regarding the researches in basic theories,the thesis and teaching materials about the selection,utilization and cultivation of the instructors.The result shows that the achievements in this field mainly focus on the essays and teaching materials and there are not any books written particularly dealing with this subject;as for the amount of the research results,there appears to be an unsteady increase,while the total amount is still few.As for the research subjects,most of them are studies of non-professional social sports instructors,and very few on professional ones.From the contents of the research,scholars have been highly concerned about the social position,functions,training and management of social sports instructors,and less concerned about the selection,continuous education,encouragement,examination,and evaluation of social sports instructors,while nothing is done on how to preserve the social sports instructors.Most of the current researches are based on investigations of current situations,discovery of problems and then proposals of countermeasures,seem to be not creative,foreseeable and lack of high quality and scientific guidance.
