| | | | | 和谐社会建设中政府文化生态责任的强化 | | | 徐铜柱 | | | 构建社会主义和谐社会对民族文化建设提出了新的要求。政府作为文化生态建设的主体,应当进一步明确和细化政府的文化生态责任。当前,除了增强责任意识、强化责任感教育外,还要从自律、他律和制度约束力等方面加大建设和调控力度,以确保政府文化生态责任的具体落实。
