| | | | | 中国集体林权改革存在的问题及思考 | | | 贺东航;朱冬亮 | | | 集体林权改革涉及集体林所有权、使用权、收益权和处置权的落实,与从事林业生产的村民利益息息相关,如何搞好集体林权改革也是建设社会主义新农村的一个重要课题。近几年,国家开始在部分省实施农村集体林权“试点”改革,取得了一定的成效,但改革也存在不少忧患。本项研究通过对集体林权制度改革过程中存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出集体林权改革的思路和建议。
