| | | | | 基于科学发展观的企业财务预算管理 | | | 刘湘玉 | | | 财务预算管理可以使有限财力资源得到合理配置及有效利用,有助于单位及责任人的业绩评价,可以促进单位各项管理制度的健全和落实、管理水平的提高以及单位的全面、协调和可持续发展。但是在财务预算的编制、控制和考核的过程中存在诸多问题,影响了财务预算管理积极作用的发挥。科学发展观强调以人为本,全面、协调和可持续发展,在财务预算管理的过程中,用科学发展观作为指导可以保证财务的健康发展,从而为企事业单位的健康发展铺平道路。
