| | | | | 论人际和谐与人际关系道德 | | | 张林英;姜雪丽 | | | 和谐社会首先是人际和谐的社会,人际和谐是社会和谐的基础。人际和谐的形成与维系离不开人际关系道德的支撑,人际关系道德对人际交往的和谐起着导向、调节与约束控制的功能。在构建新型的符合社会主义和谐社会的人际关系道德的过程中,要充分重视社会结构转型对构建的阻力,要正确处理传统人际关系道德思想,并要充分认识构建的过程是一个社会全体的互动过程。
