| | | | | 教育产业化:政府职能的悖论——教育产业化溢出的负效应分析 | | | 赵关维 | | | 针对理论界关于教育产业化的争鸣,文章首先阐述了政府的公共服务职能、教育产业化的初衷及缘起,并从政府公共服务角度分析了教育产业化溢出的负效应,指出教育产业化严重地背离了政府提供教育这一公共产品的职能。最后,从强化政府公共服务职能的角度探讨了推动教育事业发展的几点看法,指出要纠正对教育产业化认识的偏差,要加快政府法制化的进程,要科学合理地变革教育制度,以强化政府的公共服务职能,推动教育事业的健康发展。
