| | | | | 轨道交通工程项目集成化管理系统模式探索 | | | 孙彰林 | | | 通过将集成创新机理与项目管理理念相结合,对轨道交通工程项目集成化管理的系统模式进行了探讨,在集成化管理基本概念和基本思想的基础上建立了系统模型。重点分析了全生命周期集成、管理过程内部整合和管理主体外部协同,并归纳了集成化管理实施的三个条件:合作理念是项目实施的基础,信息平台是项目实施的载体,合理有效的组织结构是项目实施的保证。
