The following aspects should be addressed in TCFL in order to cultivate the overseas students’ OCC, i.e. put emphasis on the main task in each period of language teaching; the teaching materials for Chinese oral course should have a touch on oral register and oral grammatical system; make the advanced Chinese learners accustomed to more regional variants of the Chinese language; create an authentic communicative environment and adopt scientific oral tests.
