| | | | | 我国实行股票期权的条件研究 | | | 王爱东,李玉红,齐建民 | | | 股票期权制度在国外已经证明是行之有效的激励制度,但是股票期权的实施需要具备相应的条件。我国目前还不具备实施股票期权的条件,应从以下几方面创造条件实施股票期权,修改公司法、证券法,明确股票的来源;修改税法,明确公司股票期权费用和个人股票期权收入的税务处理;修改会计制度,明确公司股票期权的会计处理。
