| | | | | 公路工程项目最低成本与投标报价 | | | 王海春 | | | 随着我国加入WTO和公路建设市场的全方位开放,为了和国际接轨最低价评标法被广泛的用于公路工程招投标中,成本价的测算成为关注的焦点。通过对公路工程成本、成本价及成本价的特性分析,提出了四种获取最优报价的途径,可以使投标人确定一个低而适度的报价,并在中标后能获得一定的经济效益。
