一、我国对外直接投资的现状我国的对外直接投资起步于1979年的改革开放初期,与发达国家的对外直接投资历史相比滞后了一个多世纪。经过20多年来的探索和发展,已逐步形成了一定的规模。截至2003年7月底,中国已在160多个国家和地区累计设立非金融类企业 7222 家,中方投资金额超过100.9亿美元[1]。但从总体来看,我国的对外直接投资规模还很小,目前中国境外投资金额仅占世界对外直接投资总量的0.15%。据统计,吸引外资与对外投资的比例发达国家为1∶1.14,发展中国家为1∶0.13,而中国仅为1∶0.09。因此,中国的对外直接投资尚处于起步阶段。再… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | A Research on the Stratigic Necessity of China′s Direct External Investment | | | LI Chun-ding (School of Economics;Anhui University;Hefei;Anhui;230039 China) | | | As the increasingly intensifying of economy globalization, the internationalization level and opening-up strategy administrative level are being improved continuously. The thesis begins with the current situation of our country′s direct external investment, analyzes the necessity of proceeding with the direct external investment and introduces the relevant theory, and also points out the urgency of proceeding with the external direct external investment.
