Owing to the network, the boundary of a company has been divided into two parts: the organization boundary and the market boundary, which can move adversely under the common impact of network's effects as well as the transmission of firm organization's structure. The two boundaries are finally decided by the comparison of different transaction costs, leading to the existence of various types of firms in the network economy.
