| | | | | 评美国反补贴法修改及对我国的影响和对策 | | | 武长海 | | | <正>反倾销、反补贴和保障措施是WTO规则下的三大贸易救济措施,在国际贸易领域,WTO成员也通常采取此三种形式进行贸易制裁。随着中美之间贸易摩擦的不断升温,美国对中国采取的反倾销和保障措施已远远不能满足美国生产商所希望达到的效果。所以美国寻求其反补贴法适用我国之道,实属必然。所以我们应当未雨绸缪,防患于未然。
