| | | | | “X也似的”简论 | | | 吴仲华 | | | “也似的”是一个使用频率不高的比况助词,它是在唐宋以前动词“似”的基础上,经过几个世纪的演变而产生的,在现代汉语中有逐渐消失的趋势;它不能附着在短语或句子后面,只能附着在单音节(动词或名词)或双音节(只能是名词)的词语后面;由其构成的比况表达式“X也似的”具有浓厚的修辞色彩,体词性的具有比喻的修辞作用,谓词性的具有比拟或比较的修辞效果;谓词性的只能作状语,体词性的大都作定语,也可作状语,不能充当其他句子成分;结构形式只能是X+Y1式,而不能是其他任何形式。

It comes from the verb “seem” before the Tang and Song Dynasty over centuries' development, and tends to vanish in modern Chinese. It can only be attached to a monosyllabic (verb or noun) or double-syllabic (only noun) word but not a phrase or a sentence. The comparative expression "as if X " has a strong rhetorical sense-a nominal “as if X” functions as a figure of speech which is usually used as an attributive or adverbial while a predicate one functions as a contrast or comparison which can only be used as an adverbial. Its structure can be nothing but X+Y.
