| | | | | 刍议科学发展观之确立 | | | 靳占忠 | | | 建设社会主义和谐社会,必须树立科学发展观。科学发展观坚持“以人为本”,人与自然要协调发展。本文认为,科学发展观之确立,应首先从改善思维习惯和行事原则入手,需要反思、审视我们以前之所想、所做和所行。并由此提出换位思考、效率优先、巧用时间、智用空间、效用资源以及爱用人才等6条原则。

The View of Scientific Development(VSD) must abide by the concept of "Human Oriented", that is to say, human and nature must exist harmoniously. The author thinks that the establishment of scientific development view should be firstly done from the improving of the traditional thinking-style and acting-method as well, accordingly, summarizing what they have done before on them. There are six rules being pointed out for VSD in the paper. They are as thinking in the opposite adversary, efficiency first, time optimization, and Wise use of Space, resource of high efficiency and talent people employed.
