| | | | | 开放教育离线小组活动再探 | | | 余柳娟 | | | 远程开放教育离线小组活动存在五大问题:学生英语水平参差不齐;参与者不稳定;工学矛盾突出;有些小组长不能领导活动;有些辅导教师不能辅导活动。要解决这些问题,可以通过按学生英语水平分组,设计培养和谐学习小组活动项目,教导学生忙中偷闲,见缝插针的技巧,活动前重点辅导小组长,实行辅导教师承包制,重点辅导弱势小组等方法去解决。

The author believes that these problems can be solved by dividing the students according to their English level, by designing effective group activities in a variety of subject areas contributing to group cohesion, by instructing the students skills to find free time to learn, by tutoring the group leaders ahead of the activities time, and by focusing on the weaker group members.
