| | | | | 大学生压力及心理健康与应对策略的相关性探析 | | | 陈虹霖;张一奇 | | | 大学生存在的压力及心理健康问题已倍受社会关注,从对上海6所大学在读大学生进行问卷调查中发现,大学生的压力与心理健康之间存在着显著的负相关关系,而运用恰当的应对方式能有效地缓解压力对心理健康的影响。同时发现,因不同年级不同性别及是否独生子女等差别,大学生所受压力的水平和采用的应对策略及对健康状况的作用有着较大差异。对此,就高校学生教育工作提出了一些建议。

一、研究背景有调查表明,当前大学生心理健康状况异常者比例高达18.58%,[1]明显高于全国人均健康状况异常水平。有心理学家和教育学家已将这样的大学生群体称为“心理弱势群体”。对此,学校、家庭、社会都在寻找对策,以缓解大学生存在的压力,帮助他们解决心理健康问题。也有研究表明,大学生在面对压力时自身采取应对方法和策略十分关键,如方法得当将有效地舒缓压力,而方法不得当则会起到反向的效果或是产生负面的影响。因此,研究我国大学生压力以及心理健康问题与需要采取的应对策略就显得很有意义。基于国内外研究的基础和成果,[2-10]在此… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | The Study of Coping Strategies as Moderator in the Relationship between Mental Health of College Students | | | CHEN Hong-lin;ZHANG Yi-qi (1.The Department of Industrial and Commercial Administration;Lixin Accountant College of Shanghai;Shanghai 201620;China;2.Attached Orient Hospital;Tongji University;Shanghai 200120;China) | | | The stress and the mental health of college students has been widely recognized.This is a replicate study that provides a basic data to describe the relationship among college stress,coping and mental health.A quantitative test was designed to evaluate the relationship which students among six universities in Shanghai participated into this study.It proved that mental nealth has a negative relationship with the stress of the college students.Coping strategy has a moderator effect on college stress and mental nealth.And also,there are different characters towards different demographic populations.Some suggestions and implications to higher education were recommended.
