| | | | | 制约农产品流通效率的制度瓶颈及其消减 | | | 李春海 | | | 农村的流通现代化大大滞后,反映了流通制度创新很少考虑三农的利益和要求。本文仅就制约农产品流通效率的制度因素进行分析,找出发展的主要障碍,进而探讨消减制度瓶颈的政策和措施。其政策含义是,消减制约流通效率的制度瓶颈,不仅有利于抵抗国外冲击力,而且直接关系到农业食品链运转。同时,以市场机制引导国内分工,确认比较优势并加以利用,是提高农业整体竞争力的有效途径和参与国际竞争的根本。
