| | | | | 经济增长、收入分配对农村贫困变动的影响 | | | 胡兵,胡宝娣,赖景生 | | | 文章利用了基于Lorenz曲线进行贫困测度及其分解的方法,实证研究了1985~2003年中国农村的贫困变动,以及经济增长和收入分配对贫困变动的影响。结果表明,经济增长使农村居民收入增加,大幅度减少了贫困,但农村居民的收入差距逐渐拉大,收入不平等加剧部分地抵消了经济增长的减贫成效。

一、引言贫困是人类面临的一大历史难题,按照国际贫困线标准,1987~1998年间发展中国家(不包括中国)的贫困人口在总人口中所占比重仅从28%下降至24%,而且贫困人口总数实际有所上升,在20世纪90年代增加了近1亿(World Bank,2001)。与此同时,中国在反贫困方面的表现举世瞩目,按照中国官方贫困线标准,全国农村贫困人口占农村总人口的比重从1978年的30·7%降为2003年的3%以下,有2·2亿贫困人口解决了温饱问题[28],即使按照更高的国际贫困线标准计算,无论是贫困人口绝对数量还是贫困发生率,也都以极快的速度在下降。中国反贫困的成就主要得益于经… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | The Impact of Economic Growth and Income Distribution on Rural Poverty in China | | | HU Bing~1;HU Baodi~2;LAI Jingsheng~2(1.
