| | | | | 试论我国区域外资投入对工业布局的影响 | | | 张晓燕 | | | 外资投入是我国工业布局的国际驱动因素。在外资促进我国工业经济发展的同时,我国各地区的优惠政策和招商引资环境的差距凸现,直接导致外商投资在我国空间分布的差异。由于外资对受资地工业经济发展起着重要的推动作用,各地区引资环境的差异会进一步扩大我国各地区工业投资环境的差距,致使在国际区域因素的作用下,工业基础好的地区能够充分利用这一稀缺资源提升自己的竞争力,而基础相对较弱的地区竞争力日愈下降。

While foreign fund promotes the development of industry of China, the disparity with respect to preferential policies and investment environment of different areas emerges, giving birth to the unbalanced distribution of foreign investment in our country. In response to the active role of foreign fund in industrial economy of beneficiaries, the difference in investment environment may bring about a wider gap in this respect across China. Therefore, with this international driven element, areas boasts of sound economic foundation can make full use of this resource to assume their competitive power, while areas with relatively weak economic foundation may find themselves lagging further behind.
