| | | | | 中国违宪审查制度的经济学分析 | | | 赵旭 | | | 违宪审查是我国法治建设过程中的一个焦点,何时以及如何构建具有中国特色的违宪审查制度已成为中国宪政建设的一大历史课题。本文通过经济学模型的构建,从经济学的视角对我国违宪审查制度进行实证的研究。基于我国特殊的国情、政治法律制度,中国违宪审查制度应始终与中国的现实国情相适应,以社会发展对该制度需求的满足为边界,循序渐进,任重道远。
