Therefore in order to solve environment problem, the economic methods must be utilized. Based on the concept and principle of environment pollution and negative externality, the effective excitation system for environment pollution control should be established. The system must adapt market economy, which will play an important role in environment pollution control. This article mainly introduces elementary theory of economic methods for environment pollution control and the utilization in practice.
