随着我国旅游热的兴起,旅游业带来的效益日趋明显,到2 0 0 0年底,全国已有2 7省市把旅游业作为自己的支柱产业或重点产业给予支持[1] ,旅游开发正在形成规模,特别是西部少数民族地区,在退耕还林、还草的政策实施后,各地政府纷纷加大了对旅游开发的投入。我国旅游业发展确定了政府主导型的原则,但是在一些欠发达地区,由于政府资金的不足,因此更多地引进市场经济的方法,而企业也看中了旅游业所具有的巨大商机,使现在我国的旅游开发管理体制出现了市场运作模式(三权分离模式)、旅游经营权归国家控股、企业参与模式(股份制模式)等企业参与的形式… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 |
