We should study them from different Ievels. From the personal level, the shift of the thoughts and the declination of the political abilities of the leaders of these countries are superficial ones. The fundamental causes lie in the country level, which is represented in the rigid political, economical and ideological regimes of these countries. From the international level, the peaceful evolution policy of the Western countries accelerated the speed of the changes.
