| | | | | 工程项目成本控制的价值工程应用 | | | 韩涛 | | | 成本管理是经济管理的一个重要方面,而价值工程是成本控制的最佳方法。本文从价值工程的角度分析了成本在经济活动中的作用,并对工程项目中的成本控制提出了相应的措施;指出在价值工程的应用过程中,必须按照系统工程的要求,把有关部门组织起来,通力合作,才能取得理想的效果:在保证质量的前提下,用最低的成本来实现它必要的价值。

The author analyzes the function of the cost in terms of VE and give us the corresponding measures to the control of the management of cost The author thinks that in the course of the apply of VE we must organize the relevant agency to cooperate by concerted effort according to the requirement of system engineering and only by this way we can obtain ideal effect that we achieve necessary value by the lowest cost on condition that we guarantee the quality.
