It is significative for us to study the sounds changes of South-Song Period because of its character of evolvement and transfer. Shi Zhao 30 volumes of Zi Zhi Tong Jian Shi Wen is a phonological and semantic work during South-Song, whose Yin Qie focus on the phonological characteristics of Song Dynasty, the article aims to analyze the”Zhuo Yin Qing Hua” in the classification of initial changes, to look at some sounds changes in Song Dynasty.
