The sustainable development of this high technology can only be achieved by controlling the genetic technology within the limits permitted by law. To protect citizens'genetic right of privacy has profound significance. Yet in our country the concept of right of privacy has not been directed into the orbit of law. So laws concerning individual information protection, professional ethics and requirements of personnel of state organs are imperative.
