| | | | | 高等教育的公平与效益 | | | 赵为,栾培新 | | | 公平和效益是高等教育发展中的一对矛盾范畴 .随着高等教育向大众化方向的发展 ,必然会触及到教育的公平和效益问题。总的来看 ,影响高等教育公平与效益的因素主要有 :高等学校的入学制度、基础教育的现状、高等教育的资源配置、高等学校的空间布局等。要协调好二者关系 ,应该在质量效益首先得到保证的前提下 ,力争去实现公平。
