一 新词新语的涵义(一 )主要标准看新颖度。有的词语不到 1 0年新颖色彩基本潜藏而以稳定色彩为主了 ,可以认为是基本词语。有的词语超过 1 0年 ,人们已经很熟悉了 ,稳定色彩很浓厚 ,但是新颖色彩仍然也很浓厚 ,可以认为是基本词语 ,也可以同时认为是新词新语。严格地说 ,新颖度以词语取舍者取舍的时点来判断。大的多年本的词典收集新词新语以 1 978年以来的为宜。 (二 )有的词语潜藏一段时间之后因为休养生息和不少人已经陌生了又恢复了一定的新颖色彩 ,这样的既有浓厚的新颖色彩又不是新出现的词语 ,如果不收 ,不利于交际 ,学术和理论上… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | The Basic Principles of the Standardization of New Words and Expressions | | | Yu Genyuan;Wang Tiekun and Sun Shuxue;The Research Team of the Basic Principles of the Standardization of New Words and Expressions;State Language Commission | | | This paper holds the aim that standardization is to benefit communication. The target of standardization is mainly the words and expressions with comprehensive influence in the society. The criteria of standardization are the rate of communication, or the level of communication appropriation. Under the basic principles of standardization, there are manifold principles such as necessity, richness, economy and distinctiveness, fitting up to structure rules, focus on international compatibility, “Greater Chinese” oriented, use and dynamic change, and guiding function. The characteristic of “novelty” in new words and expressions should be noticed, which requires difference way and strategy of standardization. The simplifying skills and simplified terms should be differentiated. The level of standardization, or the concept of gradation, should be adopted. The paper holds that the scope of the new words and expressions being Chinese in properties is expanding.
