| | | | | 论高校思想政治工作者的“亲和力” | | | 刘恩华 | | | 思想政治工作 ,作为一种沟通人与人之间关系的工作 ,必定要求思想政治工作者具有一种“亲和力”。这种“亲和力”不但将搭建起思想政治工作者与其工作对象之间心灵和情感的桥梁 ,而且将成为思想政治工作中的一种推动力和凝聚力。思想政治工作者的“亲和力”主要表现在四个方面 :人格力量的亲和力、平等态度的亲和力、正确方法的亲和力和真诚情感的亲和力。

This affinity will not only build a bridge of heart and sensibility between ideological workers and their objects but also become an impetus and cohesion in ideology work. The affinity represents in four aspects: the affinity of personality, the affinity of equal attitude, the affinity of right methods and the affinity of pure-hearted sensibility.
