| | | | | 英语传播与语言濒危 | | | 卢桂荣 | | | 自20世纪80年代以来,濒危语言现象已逐渐成为全球化的一种趋势,濒危语言问题也已成为国际语言学界普遍关注的议题。人们在分析濒危语言问题的根源和研究补救措施的过程中,认识到英语的传播与霸权和全球范围濒危语言现象有密切的关系。英语在全球的传播与霸权是世界语言濒危问题的根本原因。从三个方面分析英语的传播与霸权对非英语国家民族语言所产生的破坏。

In the process of analyzing its roots and seeking proper remedial approaches, people come to realize that the problem is essentially due to the worldwide spread and hegemony of English in the world, which constitutes the problem of endangered languages. The great harms English does to native languages in NonEnglish speaking nations can be illustrated in three aspects.
