| | | | | 普通高校游泳课“课内外一体化”教学模式的研究 | | | 陈伟霖,黄鸿生,蔡武成 | | | 采用文献资料、教学实验、逻辑分析法对普通高校游泳课“课内外一体化”教学模式实践过程的效果进行综合分析,根据游泳课学时有限,学生较多的状况,提出了教学内容体系的调整,注重理论课中现代教育技术的运用,从“维持性学习”到“创新性学习”的转变;教学过程中采用层次分班,教学方法的创新,在早操、课外活动中开设辅导班,纳入到体育教学的统一管理之中,确立结构制评定考试成绩。本文将对普通高校体育课的建设和发展提供有价值的参考。

体育教学作为高校的必修课程,对培养全面发展的人才,实现素质教育有着其他学科不可替代的作用。游泳课是体育课程的组成部分,大学生掌握游泳技能是非常重要的。在关键时刻既能保护自己,又能帮助他人,减少意外事故。而高校游泳教学历来受气候条件的影响,教学周期短。因此,在对当前高校游泳教学实际进行理性思考、理论探讨的基础上,力图构建一个理论依据充分、实效性和可操作强、符合高校游泳课特点,并能适合未来社会发展需要的“课内外一体化”教学模式就显得非常重要,它可以促使学生尽快掌握游泳这一终身受益的实用技能,真正实现一项能“带… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Study of Teaching Mode of“Integration of in-and-out of Class”for Swimming Teaching in Colleges | | | CHEN Wei-lin;HUANG Hong-sheng;CAI Wu-cheng (Dept. of Physical Ed.;Fuzhou University;Fuzhou;350002;Fujian;China) | | | Methods of documentary, teaching practice and logic were applied in this paper to synthetically analyze the practical effect of teaching mode of “integration of in-and-out of class” for swimming teaching in colleges. Since the hours for swimming class are limited and there are relatively many students in the class, we put forward to adjust system of teaching content and stress on applying modern educational technology and changing “maintainable study” into “creative study”; innovate teaching methods by separating class according to basic skill of students, set up tutorial class in the morning exercise which was brought into uniform P.E. administration and build up a system of structure to score students. A valuable reference in the paper can be thereupon provided for construction and development of P.E. class in colleges.
