| | | | | 浅析跨国公司技术扩散及溢出效应 | | | 樊增强 | | | 随着经济全球化与新经济的发展,发达国家的跨国公司将愈来愈多环节的技术活动从本企业中分离出来,纳入到企业间国际技术网络之中,这将会产生明显的技术扩散的外溢效应,有利于东道国技术效率和技术能力的提高。在华跨国公司通过与关联企业合作、设立R&D机构、对当地员工培训、与国内企业技术竞争等,对我国产生明显的溢出效应。
