As far as the international practice is concerned, the entry of private higher education into the capital market has become a world trend of higher education development. In China, there has also emerged such phenomenon of capital market's involvement in private higher education. Compared with Western countries, China has adopted totally different modes and means in the cooperation of private higher education with the capital market. It is an inevitable question as to whether the cooperation between the capital market and private higher education will provide system and legal basis for Chinese private higher education to enter the capital market.
