| | | | | 论英国对意大利的外交政策(1936年7月—1938年11月) | | | 齐世荣 | | | 意大利吞并埃塞俄比亚后 ,英国终止了对意大利的制裁并力图恢复先前与意大利的友好关系。几经周折 ,英国先后与意大利签订了关于地中海西部维持原状的宣言和英意协定。英国的目的在于维持地中海局势的稳定并分化意大利与德国 ,但由于英国一味迁就意大利 ,反使意大利更加蔑视英国 ,英国对意绥靖政策终于破产。
