| | | | | 发展的合理性问题 | | | 樊勇 | | | 发展是大方向,但也有一个合理性问题。发展不仅是快与慢,还涉及是好与坏;不仅是怎样发展,还关乎为谁发展。发展的合理性已渐成为发展的核心问题。概括地说,凡符合我国国情的发展就是合理的发展,凡体现全社会共同利益的发展方为合理的发展,凡达到“三个有利于”标准的发展才是合理的发展。发展的合理性具体体现在效率与公平,质与量,先富与共富,代中与代际等关系的辩证统一上。

Development is not only rapid or slow, but also good or bad; not only 'how to develop' but also 'for whom to develop'. Rationality has gradually been the key problem of development. Generally speaking, all development is rational which accords with the condition of our country, embodies common benefit of the whole society and comes up to the standard of 'three advantageous to'. Development's rationality is reflected concretely in dialectical unity of efficiency and fair, quality and quantity, getting rich first and getting rich together.
