For example, there may be threats and weaknesses. At the same time, they may also have their strengths and opportunities. How to deal with such situation? This paper applies a method of SWOT analysis to make decision about an enterprise's operation. Firstly, gives of the definition of SWOT analysis and how to make decision by means of SWOT, and then this method is applied to an enterprise successfully. At last, a reasonable strategy for the enterprise is put forward.
