| | | | | 教育经费筹措方法的比较与借鉴 | | | 李祖超 | | | 世界各国都在不断探索教育经费筹措方法,以解决教育经费短缺问题。拓宽政府财政拨款主渠道、通过税收为教育筹资、收取学费、增加学校服务收入、扩大教育捐赠、发行教育彩票等是美国、英国、法国、日本等国筹措教育经费最主要且最有效的方法,我国应该借鉴这些方法,进一步拓宽教育经费来源的多种渠道和途径,使教育更快更好地发展。

In the United States, United Kingdom, France and Japan, they raise money mainly by taxation, extending the channel of financial appropriation by government, charging tuition fees, increasing the income of school service, getting more educational donation, issuing educational lottery, etc. We should use these ways for reference to have more channels and ways of raising money and develop education in our country.
