It is of large scale and profound influence. It reflects in every aspects of Russia economy. The authors expound the current situation and operation system of Shadow Economy, and analyze its' cause and consequence as well. They conclude that blind privatism, market choice of freedom and improper economic policies are the main reasons which cause shadow economy run rampant in ten years. They suggest that the influence of Shadow Economy to Russia will be long-term and far-reaching.
