At a short time, proceeding creatively system is needing by breaking the two traditional agriculture systems, namely the system in the grain circulating and the land turning system. At the same time, this is welling preparative for an great agriculture development and building rural modernization at near period of 21 century in China. This text follows research into the reform of grain marketing and the new form of land turning in China. We bring up some creative way of thinking of speeding up grain marketing to reform and promoting the land turning system.
