| | | | | 论资本市场对我国经济结构战略性调整的支持 | | | 康立;王栋 | | | 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立及市场形势的变化 ,我国历史上长期存在的产业结构、地区结构、企业结构、产权结构等不合理的矛盾集中暴露出来 ,并极大阻碍了国民经济持续、健康、稳定地发展。当前依据市场经济的原则调整经济结构 ,必须以资本市场为依托。然而 ,我国现有资本市场却难以担当支撑经济结构调整的重任 ,如存在资本市场规模偏小、结构畸形、监管不力等缺陷。因此 ,笔者提出要从观念革新、制度创新、市场重整、强化监管等方面入手重塑我国资本市场 ,使之更加有效地促进经济结构调整。
