| | | | | 区域创新与西部地区高新技术开发区的培育——以兰州高新区为例 | | | 罗丹,石培基 | | | 本文在考察兰州高新技术开发区的基础上 ,从区域创新的角度 ,提出了在经济较为落后的西部地区培育和发展高新区的对策 :以意识创新为先导 ,深化改革 ,优化软环境 ;以技术创新为核心 ,促进经济结构向高新技术产业化跨越 ,突出抓好支柱产业 ;建立良好的融资体系 ,实现投融资的多渠道、多样化 ;搞好基础设施建设 ;积极培育高新区的市场体系等。
