| | | | | 国有企业破产过程中的国有资产流失问题研究 | | | 刘永泽;杨吉林;于保和;任海松 | | | 目前 ,我国的国有企业不仅比重较大 ,同时也亏损严重 ,企业的负债居高不下 ,造成严重的资不抵债。虽然当前国家已经加大了对国有企业的改革力度 ,各大国有企业也初见成效 ,但是国有企业破产仍然是一个不可避免、不容忽视的问题。
