| | | | | 一次灾害性旅游安全事故剖析——以贵州省马岭河风景区“10·3事故”为例 | | | 郝革宗 | | | 1999年 10月 3日贵州省马岭河风景区发生了一起灾害性旅游安全事故。本文介绍了这次事故发生概况 ,并从缆车设计与施工存在重大隐患 ;马岭河风景区管理十分混乱 ;游客精神文明不足 ,自我保护意识不够 ;旅游保险是旅游工作重要一环等方面对“10· 3事故”原因作了剖析 ,并指出各级旅游主管部门和旅游工作者必须把游客的安全放在首要地位 ,从“10· 3事故”中吸取有益的教训
