近年来，由于海德格尔和伽达默尔等哲学家阐释学观点的影响，翻译也被认识为人们交往的组成部分，是人与世界沟通的基本行为。凡具有“发出者－接受者”模式的行为都可看作翻译活动，比如，把诗剧“翻译”成舞蹈等。辜正坤在《译学大词典》序文中提到，“翻译活动可以说是一种物质世界中运动着的物质之间的必不可少的相互反应、沟通、认知与理解的行为。”但目前人们所谈的翻译主要还是指以语言转换为中介的行为，即将文本从一种语言转换为另一种语言，文学翻译则是将文学文本从一种文学语言转换成另一种文学语言。人类的语言由符号组成，既… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Text Interpretation and the Role of the Translator | | | LI Jing-ying (Nankai University;Tianjin 300071;P.R.China) | | | Modern philosophy has exerted a great impact on translation studies. A prevailing concept is that there is no boundary to interpretation, and therefore the original text loses its status in translation. This paper is a tentative exploration of the relationship between the text and the translator. Starting from a philosophical approach, it argues that text interpretation is the basis of translation. Recognition of the translator′s creativity does not mean absence of any commonly accepted interpretation to the original text. The translator should seek a balance between creativity and the objectivity of the original in the process of translation.
