| | | | | 经济法现象与经济法理念 | | | 董延林 | | | :进一步分析经济法现象 ,重新审视经济法理念 ,将有助于调整我国经济法学研究的态势 ,以摆脱目前令人困扰的处境。基于此目的 ,文章首先解释和分析了经济法现象具有的合理性、复杂性、变动性等三个特征 ;进而对经济法理念进行了客观的审视 ,指出构筑一个完善、经得起推敲的经济法理论体系之困难所在 ;最后提出经济法研究应转向“学科经济法”。

To achieve this, the article sets out to explain and analyze the three characteristics of rationality, complexity and variability of the phenomena of economic law. Further the article conducts an objective examination of the concepts of economic law, pointing out the difficulty of constructing a perfect theoretical system of economic law that stands scrutiny. Lastly, the article suggests that research of economic law should turn to “the disciplinary economic law”.
